HUMBLE BEGINNINGS


Wyoming Roadhouse opened in 2021, in the heart of Buffalo Bill’s own town of Cody Wyoming. Only minutes away from the Rodeo Grounds and just over an hour outside the east entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Founder Gary Johnston saw an opportunity for a restaurant that would attract locals and tourists alike and envisioned an establishment that embraced the culture and lifestyle of Wyoming. From the moment you walk in the front door you are greeted with cowhide booths and taxidermy big game mounts donated for display by local outdoorsmen and women. The feeling of the west and great outdoors don’t stop there, each visit starts with a basket of fresh and hot Cowboy Fry Bread served with sweet cinnamon honey butter, and a menu that is quintessentially Wyoming and boasts options like Bison Ribeyes and Bison Burgers, as well as an assortment of local beef steaks and, in-house smoked meats; ranging from fall off the bone baby back ribs, texas style sliced brisket, pulled pork, and melt in your mouth smoked Prime Rib.


STEAKS, BBQ, & PIE


Here in Wyoming it’s all about the experiences, and at Wyoming Roadhouse it’s the same. We believe the heart of the experience is our food. Start off with one of our favorite appetizers like our Onion Blossom, and our Loaded BBQ Pork Potato Skins. We take pride in the quality of all our food and that starts with always using FRESH products.  We focus on offering top quality Beef and Bison steaks as well as burgers; all seasoned with our own house blended mix of spices and then cooked to your temperature preference. Our BBQ is always slow smoked on-premises every day, and served with made from scratch BBQ sauce and fresh sides. If you are not here for Steaks or BBQ we have several other options like our beer battered shrimp made with our own Proprietary Roadhouse Red Ale; brewed just down the street at our sister Brewery. Don’t forget about pie, our in house baker makes all our pies from scratch daily, from crust to filling to baking, it’s all done in house daily. Grab a slice à la Mode after dinner or pick a whole pie to take home from our Pie Shop on your way out, and if you do both we don’t blame you, they are hard to resist.
